GRANI-MAR’S MANUFACTURING

All the following stages after the block’s extraction, from worldwide cave sites, are performed in our establishment at Polcenigo (PN) which develops on a total surface area of approximately 50.000 mq. And a deck area of other 18.000 mq.

In-this company are displaced the stone dockage and processing machinery and Grani-mar’s entire first stock collection.

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The manufacturing process in transforming the blocks can briefly be resumed in the following stages:

RAW MATERIAL SELECTION

Sorting the blocks directly in the various caves.

RAW MATERIAL WAREHOUSE

Incoming and storage of the blocks according to the type.

THE SAWING GRANITE

Is executed through multiwire technology.

MARBLE ABSCISSION

Is executed through reliable multiblades.

Is conducted through a range of polishing and flaming bociardatura and two bench fraises.

COMPLETE STORAGE MATERIAL

Storage of slabs and semi-finished are subdivided by typology and staining

Grani-Mars products are delivered through reliable and efficient transport system.
